Midlothian Healthcare Center is a locally owned inpatient rehabilitation facility. We offer comprehensive services involving physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, IV treatment, and other as-needed treatment options. Specialized programs provided by our team of experienced nurses, therapists, and medical professionals feature state-of-the-art equipment and innovative treatment plans available up to seven days a week, three hours per day, depending on the needs and preferences of each patient. As a Christian-based organization, it's our priority to ensure that each individual is treated like family, and we emphasize the importance of bringing glory to God through the compassionate service we provide to our cherished patients.
The Benefits of Our Rehabilitation Center
Rehabilitation is critical to proper recovery. Seeking inpatient rehab care upon release from the hospital allows for supervised healing at a more manageable pace and it can help prevent further issues. Various types of therapy can help patients:
- Experience decreased pain
- Regain control of speech, mobility, and balance after stroke
- Avoid preventable surgeries and the need for pain medication
- Manage chronic conditions, particularly those related to age
Our programs are designed to be followed on a schedule that's suitable for the condition of each individual, and our approach is both gentle and encouraging. Throughout their stay with us, we provide medication management, fresh meals, laundry service, and daily activities to make our patients as comfortable as possible until they're ready to return home.
If you or a family member is in need of inpatient rehabilitation, Midlothian Healthcare Center is eager to help. Patients from throughout the Midlothian area, including Waxahachie and Mansfield, trust our experienced team to provide quality care, facilitate a healthy recovery, and help improve their quality of life.
